How ordering tyres online works

1. Send your size. Photograph the sidewall code, for example 235/55 R19, or send the car's make, model and year. A photo is better: the same model can come with different wheel sizes.
2. Choose an option. We reply with two or three tyres at different price levels, each with the total including the AED 100 fitting visit.
3. Pick a time and place. Home, office car park, tower basement — any time of day or night.
4. Check the tyres on arrival. The technician shows you the tyres and their DOT date before anything is fitted.
5. Fitting. Old tyres off, new ones mounted and balanced on the van, wheels torqued, pressures set.
6. Pay. Card, cash, Tabby or Tamara, after the work is done.

Why delivery-only tyre orders cause problems

Some online tyre sellers deliver tyres to your home and leave the fitting to you. That means booking a shop, carrying four tyres in a car that may not fit them, and paying the shop's fitting fee — which some workshops raise for tyres bought elsewhere. Others send you to a partner fitting centre on a set day.

With us, ordering and fitting are one transaction. The tyres travel in the van that fits them, so there is nothing to store, carry or schedule twice.

Paying on fitting, not on ordering

Many online tyre shops take full payment at checkout, before you have seen the tyre. We take payment after the job, once you have checked the tyres and seen them on the car. You can pay by:

• Card — on the technician's card machine.
• Cash — on completion.
• Tabby or Tamara — split into four interest-free payments, subject to the provider's approval.

What you can order

We stock 20 brands, from budget names like Zeetex and Triangle to Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental and Pirelli. Starting prices per tyre are AED 150 for economy sedan sizes, AED 250 mid-range, AED 400 premium and AED 500 for run-flats. If you are not sure what to order

Send us the size and tell us how you use the car — city commuting, long runs to Abu Dhabi, weekend desert trips — and we will suggest a tyre for that use rather than the most expensive one. Do not wait for a flat. If your tread is near 3 mm or the DOT date shows four years or more, order now and pick a time that suits you, rather than in a hurry at the roadside. Tyres approaching their age limit also make the car harder to sell, because buyers and inspection centres check the date.

Ordering for several cars

If you manage more than one car — a family with two SUVs, or a company with a handful of pool cars — send all the sizes in one message. We quote each car separately with a combined total, and the technician fits them in one visit at your villa or office car park. Each car gets its own receipt if you need them for company expenses, and we note the DOT dates of the new tyres so you know when each set will reach its five-year limit.
