Computerised 4-wheel alignment in Dubai costs from AED 99 at our partner workshops, with optional pickup and drop-off of your car. Alignment corrects the camber, caster and toe angles so the car tracks straight and tyres wear evenly. Wheel balancing — the cause of steering vibration at 100–120 km/h — is done on site at your location from AED 25 per wheel.
Signs your alignment is out
- The car pulls left or right on a straight, flat road like Al Khail Road.
- The steering wheel is off-centre when you drive straight.
- Tyres wear on the inside or outside edge — run your hand across the tread.
- You've hit a speed bump hard, mounted a kerb, or had new tyres or suspension parts fitted.
Alignment vs balancing
They're often confused. Balancing spreads weight evenly around each wheel with small weights; an unbalanced wheel makes the steering shake at a particular speed, usually 90–120 km/h. Alignment sets the angle of the wheels relative to the car and the road; bad alignment makes the car pull and eats the tread unevenly. We balance on site with the van's equipment. Alignment needs a level lift and a laser rig, so it's done at one of our partner workshops.
How alignment works with us
Book a slot on WhatsApp. Drive to the nearest partner workshop — Al Quoz, Deira, JLT, Mussafah in Abu Dhabi or Industrial Area 5 in Sharjah — or ask for valet pickup (AED 60 within Dubai). The car goes on a 3D alignment rig; you get a printout showing the angles before and after. If a worn tie-rod end or bush prevents a correct alignment, we tell you before doing any extra work.
How often to align in the UAE
Every 10,000 km or once a year, whichever comes first, and whenever you fit new tyres. Dubai's speed bumps and car-park ramps knock alignment out more often than highway driving does.
