Tyre shop Al Quoz

The short answer

800 Tyres serves Al Quoz with mobile tyre fitting at AED 100 per visit and new tyres from AED 150 each fitted. Average arrival in Dubai is about 30 minutes, 24 hours a day. Alignment is available at a partner workshop from AED 99 for a sedan.

Why Al Quoz is Dubai's tyre street

Al Quoz Industrial Areas 1 to 4 hold one of the densest clusters of tyre shops, alignment bays and rim specialists in Dubai. Drivers come from Al Barsha, JLT and Jumeirah because the area has stock, competition and long opening hours. The downside is that almost nothing is priced on a board. You pull in, someone walks round the car, and the number you hear depends on the car you drive and how confident you look.

That model works if you know tyres. If you do not, it is easy to pay for an old tyre at a new-tyre price, or to be talked into four tyres when two would do. We built 800 Tyres around the opposite approach: every price is published, every tyre has its DOT date shown before fitting, and the job happens where your car already is.

What to check at any Al Quoz tyre shop

Whoever you buy from, these five checks protect you:

  1. The DOT date. The last four digits on the sidewall give the week and year of manufacture. A tyre made three years ago has already used most of its five-year legal life in the UAE.
  2. The total price. Ask for the fitted price per tyre including balancing, valves and disposal of the old tyres, not just the tyre.
  3. The exact model. Brands sell several ranges at very different prices. "Michelin" can mean a top touring tyre or an older pattern.
  4. Load and speed rating. The new tyre should match or exceed the numbers on your current one, especially on SUVs and pickups.
  5. Torque. Wheel nuts should be finished with a torque wrench, not left at whatever the impact gun delivered.

The walk-in route still makes sense for some jobs, such as a full four-wheel alignment with a printout, which needs a fixed bay and a level floor. For tyre supply, fitting, balancing and puncture repair, a van does the same work outside your door.

Common problems we see after walk-in jobs

Because many Al Quoz customers call us later for a second opinion, we see the same few problems again and again. Tyres with a DOT date three or four years old sold as new. A mismatched pair on the same axle, one premium and one budget, because the shop only had one in stock. Wheel nuts tightened so hard with an impact gun that the wheel brace in the boot cannot loosen them at the roadside. And a stack of balancing weights on a wheel that was actually bent. None of these are hard to avoid once you know to look, which is why the checklist above matters more than which shop you choose.

Who we fit for in and around Al Quoz

A lot of our Al Quoz work is with people who are already in the area for the day: staff at warehouses and showrooms, studio and gallery teams around Alserkal Avenue, and residents of Al Quoz 3 and 4. We also cover the neighbouring communities, including Al Barsha and Jumeirah. If you just need a tyre swapped and want to know what happens on site, the car tyre change in Al Quoz page explains the visit step by step.

Flat tyre on the Patrol at 11 pm outside the house. Technician was there in 35 minutes, had the right 20-inch tyre in the van and finished in half an hour. Price was exactly what they told me on WhatsApp.

Booked a set of four Michelins for my CR-V. They fitted them in the basement of my building while I was on calls. Showed me the manufacture date on each tyre before fitting, which nobody has ever done for me.

Screw in my tyre on a Friday morning. They plugged it in the car park, checked the other three and set the pressures. AED 80, done in 20 minutes.

Paid with Tabby for new tyres on the Range Rover — split into four, no interest. The guy was careful with the wheels and left the driveway cleaner than he found it.

Common questions

Common questions

Do you have a shop in Al Quoz I can walk into?

We are a mobile service, so we come to your car rather than you coming to us. For alignment or rim repair we book you into a partner workshop.

How do I know a tyre in Al Quoz is not old stock?

Read the four-digit DOT code on the sidewall: 1225 means week 12 of 2025. We show you this code on every tyre before we fit it.

Can you fit tyres at a warehouse loading bay in Al Quoz?

Yes, as long as there is room beside the car for the van and jack. Industrial areas are some of the easiest places for us to work.

Is wheel balancing included with new tyres?

Yes. Balancing is part of every new tyre fitting. On its own it costs AED 25 per wheel.

Flat tyre? A technician can be on the way in minutes.

Send your location and a photo of the tyre sidewall. We'll confirm the price and arrival time straight away — 24 hours a day.
